- Trigger Control – Smooth, consistent press for precision
- Controlled Breathing – Using breath cycles to enhance shot stability

- Safe Holster Draw & Re-Holstering – For pistol use in a defensive or range environment

Requirements & What to Bring
📋 Prerequisites
- ✓Valid PAL/RPAL or proof of legal firearm ownership
- ✓Basic firearm safety knowledge (recommended)

- ✓Semi-automatic pistol with holster & minimum 2 magazines
- ✓Semi-automatic rifle with sling & minimum 2 magazines
- ✓150–200 rounds for each firearm
- ✓Eye & ear protection
- ✓Appropriate range attire
